Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the company's
  brand website, focusing on maximizing online sales and brand visibility.
• Manage all aspects of the brand's e-commerce platform, including
  website development, product catalog management, and user
  experience optimization.
• Oversee online merchandising efforts, ensuring that product listings
  are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute
  digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media
  promotions, and online advertising.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify
  opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization of the
  e-commerce experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-
  commerce, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and drive sales growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
  field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management,
  preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing
  successful e-commerce initiatives.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, as
  well as digital marketing tactics and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and a commitment to
  delivering exceptional online shopping experiences for customers.
