Ecommence Operations Executive, TCG

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Operations Executive to support our growing Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This role blends sales, community engagement, and operational support, making it ideal for someone passionate about TCGs and eager to drive both business growth and customer satisfaction.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

Sales & Business Development

• Support ecommerce program by helping to build out and manage Shopify store.
• Drive pre-order sales for TCG.
• Identify and engage new customers through Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, and other community channels.
• Build long-term relationships with collectors, players, retailers, and community leaders.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Community Engagement

• Participate actively in local TCG communities.
• Promote upcoming product releases, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends. Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to identify business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Manage customer enquiries, order updates, and after-sales support.
• Assist in administering Card Arena's customer rewards, membership, and loyalty programmes.
• Encourage repeat purchases through personalised customer engagement. Encourage repeat purchases through personalised customer engagement and relationship-building.

Operations, Inventory & Logistics

• Coordinate customer pre-orders from order confirmation through fulfilment.
• Assist with stock allocation, packing, and preparation of customer orders.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records. Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Help ensure products are ready for launch days, customer collections, and shipping.
• Assist in receiving and organising incoming inventory when required.

Administration & Reporting

• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, and pre-order records.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with demand forecasting. Prepare sales reports and support demand forecasting activities.
• Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with the reporting manager to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:

• Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the TCG industry are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, retail, customer service, or operations is preferred
• A passion for trading card games is desirable.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage.
• Comfortable engaging with online communities such as Telegram, Discord, and Facebook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and community members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
