E-commerce Assistant / 5 Days / Tai Seng

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce store operations and monitor overall store performance across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop etc
• Upload new products, maintain accurate product listings, and update inventory levels and pricing regularly
• Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities to drive sales growth
• Prepare weekly sales reports, analyze sales performance, and support data tracking for business improvement
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth daily operations and campaign execution
• Monitor stock availability and support inventory replenishment planning
• Ensure product information, images, and promotional materials are updated accurately on all platforms
• Support livestream, affiliate, or marketplace activities when required
• Other related jobs when needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online marketplaces
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Basic knowledge of Canva, or simple content creation is an added advantage
