Ecommerce Delivery Driver (Alcoholic Beverages)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver alcoholic beverages, including bottles, cartons, and bulk orders, to customers safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo from company vehicles.
• Handle goods weighing up to 20kg.
• Assist with packing and preparation of customer orders in the warehouse when required.
• Verify delivery orders against delivery manifests before dispatch.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Follow all road safety regulations and drive courteously towards other road users.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries.
• Report delivery issues, vehicle issues, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors.
• Support warehouse and operations team during peak periods when needed.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
• Good driving record with responsible driving habits.
• Physically fit and able to carry and move loads of up to 20kg.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery route planning.
• Able to use navigation apps and follow delivery manifests efficiently.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethics and sense of responsibility.
• Courteous and professional when interacting with customers and members of the public.
• Prior delivery driving or logistics experience will be an advantage.

Vehicle & Employment Terms

• Driver may be allowed to drive the company vehicle home.
• During the 3-month probation period, the driver will be responsible for their own season parking charges.
• Upon confirmation, season parking arrangements may be reviewed by the company.
• Driver will be responsible for all parking fines, traffic fines, ERP violations, and other penalties incurred while operating the company vehicle.
• Driver is expected to maintain proper care and responsible usage of the assigned vehicle.

• Team player who is willing to assist warehouse operations when needed.
• Careful handling of fragile goods such as glass bottles and alcohol products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce and delivery environment.
