Ecommerce & Marketing Executive

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Amazon, Qoo10, ebay, Redmart/Lazada etc.)
• Conduct accurate forecasting, monitor inventory levels, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Plan, create and Manage all E-commerce Promotion activities to achieve sales targets and stimulate growth.
• Select the right mix of products for timely promotion based on Periodic Demand, target audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure and work with operations to ensure Orders timely done with proper management.
• Ensure the fulfilment of store pick or delivery service.
• Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Enhance product visibility and sales through optimized product listings, manage on-site content, and develop engaging marketing content to drive customer engagement.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
• Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Social Media
• Ensure visually appealing digital assets and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertisements

Requirement:

• Min. N Level 
• Min 1 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales 
• Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Hard working, positive mindset, innovative, cheerful, good attitude
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, order management systems, and fulfillment processes.
• Can work independently

Note:

There will be company bus from Punggol - Hougang - Ang Mo Kio or Woodlands - Sembawang - Yishun to Office if being selected for the Job.
