Manage e-commerce implementation projects, advise the teams, and assist in preparing implementation budgets and timelines for their projects, but also maintenance & support needs.
Oversee the implementation of e-commerce systems and integrations (ERP, payment gateways, Order Management Systems, Loyalty programs, etc.)
Responsibilities
Support and overview the implementation of projects from scoping to delivery
Supervise several project teams, and be an advisor for the Business Analysts or PPO
Establish appropriate project organization structures, and cadences, and define change management and communication plans to engage stakeholders and set expectations
Prepare for, lead, and ensure follow-up actions from project and steering committee meetings, including dashboards, reports, action plans, timelines, and budget tracking
Understand the context, and the retail constraints and propose the best solutions to meet the requirements.
Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organization and recommend mitigating measures
Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials (e.g training documentation, training sessions)
Organize the handover of a project to the support team and manage the support team when needed
Establish the appropriate project organization structure
Communicate the plan to engage and set expectations for stakeholders
Manage and follow tasks and documentation related to quality, security, compliance, 3rd party management

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Technology, IT or E-commerce
4-5 years in Project Management with IT Consulting
Have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce and omnichannel technologies to make adequate design decisions and propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices
It is good to have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce solutions like SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) in backend and system integration
Project Management certification (Prince, PMI...) is good to have
Has 2–3 years of experience working in a Japanese environment on Japanese projects.
Marketing knowledge is a plus.
Must be fluent in Japanese and possess at least business-level English skills.
Experience in working in complex environments and with distributed team
Independent, creative, and reliable
Focused and detail-oriented
Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
