The Role

The Ecommerce Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and satisfying online shopping experience for customers. This role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to eCommerce platforms, products, and orders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update designated categories’ product content and information onto online platforms while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Manage and upload images onto online platforms. To work with Commercial Team, if required.
  • To ensure ranged products are ready for sales on weekly campaign refresh.
  • Responsible for article maintenance is set up correctly for E-commerce.
  • Ensure campaigns and promotion pricing is correctly reflected on the online platforms.
  • Work with Marketing and Commercial Team to manage weekly o2o and festive campaigns. 
  • Support on any other ad-hoc tasks

About You

  • 1 year of relevant experience in administrative work, prior experience in FMCG is an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Able to work independently
