Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Build, develop, and manage a portfolio of EAM relationships, including established and emerging asset managers.
  • Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) and Net New Money (NNM) growth through onboarding new EAM clients and increasing wallet share.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand EAM coverage across key markets and segments.
  • Deliver revenue targets through cross-selling of the Bank's wealth, investment, and financing solutions.
2. Client & Partner Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with EAM principals, senior advisors, and key client stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for EAMs, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
  • Work closely with EAMs to develop tailored solutions for underlying end-clients.
3. Strategic Development of EAM Platform
  • Support the design and execution of the Bank's EAM strategy, including onboarding frameworks, product offerings, and service model.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the EAM platform capabilities, processes, and client experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in the EAM space.
4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product specialists, investment advisory, credit, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Engage senior management and regional teams to align on business strategy and performance.
  • Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk functions to ensure regulatory adherence.
5. Risk & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
  • Maintain strong risk awareness across all EAM relationships, including AML/CFT and suitability standards.
  • Uphold a strong culture of ethical conduct and client-centricity.
Key Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in private banking / wealth management.
  • Proven track record in EAM coverage or similar intermediary/introducer model.
  • Strong network of EAMs and external asset managers in the region.
  • Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, including investments, structured products, and credit solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive AUM and revenue growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a business vertical.
  • High level of integrity and strong risk awareness.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
