You will conduct/coordinate periodic EHS audits and surveys to identify level of implementation and efficiency of Contractor EHS management system, identify potential gaps or improvement opportunities and recommend measures and improvement plan to management. You will also be liaising with internal and external organizations on EHS compliance issues.\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\n## Responsibilities and Tasks\n\n * Ensure Micron\u0027s safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements\n * Maintain accurate safety records, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation\n\n * Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory authorities\n\n * Track and analyze safety performance metrics and trends\n * Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and compliance\n * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems\n * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety into construction activities\n * Promote a strong safety culture and proactive reporting of hazards and near misses\n * Provide technical safety guidance to site teams and contractors\n * Support internal and external audits\n\n\n\n\n## Education \u0026 Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in occupational health and safety or related filed e.g. Engineering\n * Safety and Health Certifications eg.
