Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects with a focus on worker safety and facility integrity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Drive instrumentation application studies and facility modifications to align with technical specifications and business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of staff and contractors.
• Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards to uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.
• Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and with external partners.
