Electrical Technician (Fleet/Marine Industry) - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities: 

• Checking and submitting to the manager the fleet scheduled maintenance. 
• Support the onboard engineers by providing guidance on tasks requiring the expertise of electrical engineers. 
• Providing assistance with the fleet vessel, manage daily maintenance of their electrical, electronics, electro-hydraulic, electro pneumatic, automation systems. 
• Respond and support fleet vessels in handling equipment failures. 
• Inform the Superintendent on the requirement for shore assistance. 
• Manage board attendance by communicating with the Superintendent. 
• Recommend modifications and improvements to the electro/automation system for efficient vessel operation.
• Submit weekly reports to the manager and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in onboard seagoing vessels in compliance with STCW. 
• Competent skills and knowledge in troubleshooting, fault diagnosing related to Electrical. 
• Prior working experience in the Oil, Gas, Chemical Tanker, Offshore Support Vessels is advangtage.
