Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering support for medical aesthetic equipment which includes on-site maintenance servicing.
- Provide after-sales maintenance service to customers, perform calibration of electronic components and execute laser alignment procedures.
- Manage routine repair work and provide troubleshooting and installation setup.
- Manage spare part inventory and warranty spare part returns
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow upon all technical matters.
- Communicate with the manufacturers on complaints and problems.
- Attend to break down repair at short notice.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related role
- Experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting
- Having Singapore Class 3 Driving License would be a plus
