Employee Benefits Senior Executive

We are partnering with a well-established insurance company who is seeking to hire an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance professional to managed their corporate clients in Singapore.

This role is only for candidates with work experience coming from either insurer, broker, or TPA firms and who enjoys client servicing, relationship management, and structuring employee benefits solutions for SMEs and corporateclients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of corporate group employee benefits clients.
• Handle renewals for Group Medical, Group TermLife, Group Personal Accident, and other employee benefits policies.
• Work closely with clients on policy reviews, claims experience, and renewal negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business development.
• Prepare quotations, benefit comparisons, policy reviews, and renewal presentations.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth policy administration.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new corporate accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other business partners.
• Ensure timely follow-up on renewals,quotations, and policy documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience accountmanaging Employee Benefits / Group Insurance
• Required to have all insurance regulatorypapers – BCP, HI, M5, M9, M9A, CGI and ComGI
