ENFORCEMENT FIELD OFFICER

Job Description

• Perform onsite visits as scheduled by Superiors, as requested by the debt recovery officers.
• Indicate the abnormalities of the premises on the report for updating in the collection system.
• To obtain and verify any latest contact information from the debtor/family members or anyone who knows the debtor.
• Ensure all scheduled visits are done and returned on time to comply with the banking's SLA.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Must have own transport (Preferably motorbike)
• Authorized to drive in Singapore.
• Lives in Singapore.

*Important Note:

As per Debt Collection Act 2022 commencement effective December 2023, individual involved in debt collection must be approved by Singapore Police Force (SPF). Foreigners are required to provide a copy of Good Conduct Certificate.
