You will lead and manage all services, prepare specifications for ITQ / RFP, ITQ / RFP evaluate and commission new medical equipment/technology, corrective and preventive maintenance and de-commission medical equipment/technology. You will also support institution drive towards achieving patient safety and data confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of technical specification drafting (within 1 month) & ITQ/RFP evaluation (within 3 months)
- Review and ensure medical technology adopted is relevant and appropriate
- Weekly monitoring of Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Commissioning completion
- Work with vendor and team members to expedite resolution
- Assist to review and fine tine documents and procedure in accordance to Safety and Quality guideline, Business Continuity Management, JCI and other quality objectives of department.
- Ensure compliance to MDOT policy and guidelines as well as Workplace Safety Health framework
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
- Good technical knowledge and competency
- Good Negotiation & Project management skills
- Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
