Evaluate customer’s workscope, contracts and to develop internal work instructions for the engine works
Assist the operation department to meet output TAT timeframes, quality and cost
Manage engineering reports – prelim and final engine condition
Evaluate the testing data for test certification
Conduct First Article of production processes, maintenance, repair, new tooling activities
Developed shop best practices to achieve operational outcomes in a cost-effective manner and to avoid cost of poor quality.
Develop, manage, maintain, and report program status and progress according to engineering key performance indicators.
Issuing of technical instruction such as Technical Memo, Engineering Bulletin, Drawing, Equivalent Tool list
Addressing customers’ needs and deliverables
Contract and Financial management
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, preferably with experiences in propulsion engines and components MRO facility
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Prior experience in Aircraft Engines repair processes will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge in programming/robotic/3D printing will be an added advantage
Training provided to candidate without prior experience
