As a Executive, Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and maintain the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance of all rules and regulations.
• Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements and standards.
• Carry out routine checks and contractor performance reviews with the objective of continuous improvement.
• Consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and timeline.
• Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.
• Assist to ensure that facility management and security pass ESS and OHSAS certification.
• Respond to alarm or critical faults
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field
• Possess a Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
