Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our operations run flawlessly, enabling Micron to compete at the highest levels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and successfully put them into practice worldwide.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.\n\n * Track, assess, and communicate the progress of Standardization and TPM adherence for your assigned site(s).\n\n * Analyze maintenance data and derive insights to improve operations performance, reliability, and cost.\n\n * Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures throughout the Facilities network.\n\n * Collaborate with Global Facilities Central Engineering to identify, develop, and implement Best Known Methods for operation and maintenance across the Facilities network.\n\n * Conduct audits to verify compliance with Best Known Methods.\n\n * Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance at all sites.\n\n * Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.\n\n * Demonstrate a commitment to quality of work.\n\n * Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to complete work, training, and projects.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.\n\n * 2+ years\u2019 experience in Facilities Operations \u0026 Maintenance or Engineering in facilities, semiconductor, or other manufacturing.\n\n * Project management experience with a focus on delivering results.\n\n * Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma\n\n * Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOP\u0027s), work instructions, and training materials.\n\n * Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office.\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFacilities Engineer 2\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
