This individual contributor position supports next-generation memory and HBM packaging technologies, concentrating mainly on transitioning new product from development to high-volume manufacturing. \n\nThe position partners closely with stakeholders such as Development Team \u0026 Manufacturing and supplier teams across Micron\u2019s global network.\n\nMain Responsibilities \n\n * Integrate AI-assisted tool and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness. \n\n * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing and sharing AI-enablement enhancement within one scope of work. \n\n * Apply engineering and statistical methods to accelerate learning cycles from Design of Experiments (DOE) through product qualifications. \n\n * Partner with Advanced Package Technology Development (APTD) and manufacturing teams to support Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) and Run at Risk (RAR). \n\n * Perform risk assessments Failure Mode \u0026 Effect Analysis (FMEA) and implement effective control plans and corrective actions for abnormal conditions. \n\n * Enable smooth technology transfer from development to high\u2011volume manufacturing. \n\n\n\n\nMinimum Required Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n * Operations support, including shift and weekend coverage, is required. \n\n * Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills \n\n * Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels \n\n * Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning \n\n * Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus \n\n * Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable \n\n * Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred \n\n * Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role\u2011appropriate AI literacy to use AI\u2011enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem\u2011solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.\n\n\n\n\nEmbody Micron\u2019s core values:\n\n * People \u2013 Respect, develop, and empower others\n\n * Innovation \u2013 Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking\n\n * Tenacity \u2013 Show grit and determination\n\n * Collaboration \u2013 Build trust and foster teamwork\n\n * Customer Focus \u2013 Deliver excellence and value\n\n\n\n\nMust\u2011Have Soft Skills \n\n * Use AI -enabled tool responsibly and optimally for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational task, and achieving business outcome. \n\n * Highly Desirable / Preferred Skills \n\n * Familiarity with MES systems, automation, and data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, Python). \n\n\n\n\nInclusion \u0026 Accessibility Statement \n\n * Micron is committed to fair, inclusive, and merit\u2011based hiring.
