Job Purpose

Ensure consistent quality of production by validating processes and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Corrective action process

• Conduct failure analysis for both internal quality issues as well as customer feedback.
• Follow up on Production’s corrective action report before closure.
• Record and track production customer’s feedback/complaint.

2. Engineering change process

• Track Engineering Change Request report.
• Validate changes as per ECR.
• Track and check on first 3 lots batch production upon completion of ECR.

3. Continual improvement

• Participate in production’s continual improvement projects such as lean project.
• Lead production in documentation and processes improvement.

4. Project Management

• Ensure proper control is exercised for incoming products. Communicate with supplier on quality issues.

5. Reporting

• Monthly production yield reporting
• Monthly production CQA reporting
• Monthly production record audit reporting
• Customer complaint tracking and reporting
• Production lean project status reporting

6. QEMS and Safety

• Participate as a committee member in the QEMS and Safety work group.
• Participate in QEMS internal and external audit.
• Ensure proper control is exercised in production as per QEMS requirements and strive to achieve QEMS and Safety objectives.

7. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safety & Good Documentation Practices

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, organizational safety requirements and Good Documentation Practices in their daily routines. 

Requirements

• Bachelor of Manufacturing and relevant course of studies.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QC/QA
• Knowledge of MS Office application and documentation management software.
  Knowledge of Quality Control and Statistical Analysis Tools.
• Self-starters and continually improve his/her functional process to support the organization's strategies.
• Ability to work towards goals with minimum day-to-day supervision by priority.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined and well-organized in documentation and technical writing skills.
• Strong communication skills with business proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with stakeholders from China Site)
• Willing to travel/relocate to work in Singapore
