Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Power Generation Controls and Automation System Supplier
• Position Title: Engineer (Service/Project in Building HVAC Equipment)
• Working Location: East – Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Transport Allowance +AWS + Bonus (Good Working environment) 
• Duration: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain HVAC control and automation systems, ensuring they meet both our standards and those of the client.
• Respond to and resolve service issues, provide maintenance, and offer technical support for complex system inquiries or malfunctions.
• Lead project initiatives from conception to delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Oversee the commissioning of new automation and HVAC installations, ensuring systems adhere to specifications and industry best practices.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements in automation and HVAC systems and apply this knowledge to improve service offerings.
• Conduct operational training for clients and in-house staff on newly installed systems or upgrades.
• Prepare service reports, project documentation, and correspondence as necessary.

• Min. Diploma in Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experience in servicing or project management for HVAC and building automation systems
• Familiar With Automation and Controls of Building HVAC Equipment
• Possesses knowledge of HVAC system control logic
