Engineer / Technical Supervisor (Electrical / Equipment)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solutions and guidance to customers based on their specific requirements 
• Conduct comprehensive product training to ensure customers fully understand and can effectively use our products.
• Provide on-site support and resolve product-related issues during customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and continued business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and their applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally and engage directly with customers
