Responsibilities:

• Assisting on the day-to-day activities at the facilities and estate.
• Supervising in authority compliance, managing contractors and vendors, and assuring cleanliness and hygienic conditions.
• Creating reports on energy audits and taking part in environmental initiatives to increase energy efficiency.
• Breakdown repair and servicing, budget allocation, and progress tracking. 
• Performs breakdown reviews, updates defect forms, and works over the PMS checklist.
• Elevate TPO/DRL/PSO/PWO in order to acquire supplies or spare components for maintenance and repair tasks. 
• Handling administrative tasks, evaluating the performance of the team, creating monthly reports on root cause analysis of breakdowns. 
• Carrying out and evaluating risk assessments and safety workplans.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 
• At least 3-4 years of related working experience. 
• Prior working experience in the servicing and equipment repair) 
• Familiar of electrical circuit troubleshooting & termination. 
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting schematics drawings & diagram.
