The candidate should have exposure in Test Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment with at least 2 years experience working on different ATE platforms. Experience in troubleshooting and ability to resolve test setup is required. The candidate should have at least hands-on experience on any of the following Test Equipment: Advantest and Teradyne testers, handlers, and probers.\n\nA good communication skill is required as the job will require communicating with Engineers and generating reports.\n\nMajor Responsibilities:\n\nThe position will call for Line sustaining support in both Test floor and Engineering Laboratory. The support will include providing assistance in testing devices/wafers based on the instructions from Test Engineers, maintaining equipment in tiptop condition by ensuring proper PM/Cal is being done, supporting test and bench setup which may require re-configuring the instruments and swapping/replacing boards to suit a particular requirement, and debugging test and bench hardware. Specific assignment will be given as additional responsibility.\n\nRequirement:\n\nDiploma in Engineering preferably Electrical/electromechanical Engineering\n\nMinimum of 2 years\u0027 experience in Test Semiconductor manufacturing environment.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 1+ year of Engineering Technician or related work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Engineering Technician or related work experience. \n \nPhysical Requirements: \n\u2022 Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
