English Teacher Supervisor (2026)

Are you passionate about teaching primary and secondary school students AND have experience leading a team? If the answer is YES, then WE want you! Write Edge is looking for a committed, responsible and resourceful individual to join us as a Senior Teacher!

You will join the Teacher Training and Development team in the pursuit of delivering strong quality management across branches to positively impact the students' learning journey with us.

As a Senior Teacher / Teacher Supervisor, you will:

• Teach classes with small group sizes of up to 8 students, based on our teaching materials
• Conduct interviews to hire new teachers
• Train new teachers
• Manage cross-branch teaching quality via termly assessments and day-to-day support
• Manage day to day branch matters such as relief sourcing, termly parent updates vetting, parent feedback and withdrawal matters, etc -
• Contribute to departmental initiatives such as teacher huddles, group training sessions, etc

We are looking for educators who:

• Can communicate in English proficiently
• Scored a minimum of B3 for English Language for O Levels / A Levels
• Have a great aptitude for teaching and are nurturing towards children
• Are driven and work well in a team as a team-player
• Are responsible with a strong work ethic
• Have prior teaching experience, online or otherwise
• Have prior experience managing a team
• Is a resourceful problem-solver, capable of managing projects end-to-end
• Is proficient with Google Suite

We are only looking for candidates familiar with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems. We will provide you with the training and teaching materials.

Work Hours:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend
Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm
Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm
