English Teacher Supervisor (Teaching & Team Leadership)

We are looking for experienced educators who are passionate about teaching and developing other teachers.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy the classroom and are ready to take on a leadership role in supporting teaching quality across our centres.

As a Teacher Supervisor, you will teach small classes of up to 8 students (2 classes) while also mentoring and training other teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.

As a Teacher Supervisor, you will:

Teaching & Student Impact

• Teach small-group classes (up to 8 students) using Write Edge’s structured curriculum
• Support students in developing strong writing skills and confidence

Teacher Development

• Support the hiring and onboarding of new teachers
• Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching feedback
• Train and mentor teachers to maintain strong teaching standards

Academic Quality & Branch Support

• Monitor teaching quality across branches through lesson observations and assessments
• ​​​​​​​Support branch teams with teaching-related matters such as parent feedback and academic guidance
• Contribute to teacher training sessions and departmental initiatives
   

We are looking for educators who:

• Can communicate in English proficiently
• Scored a minimum of B3 for English Language for O Levels / A Levels
• Have a great aptitude for teaching and are nurturing towards children
• Have prior teaching experience, online or otherwise
• Have prior experience managing a team
• Are driven and work well in a team as a team-player
• Are responsible with a strong work ethic
• Is a resourceful problem-solver, capable of managing projects end-to-end
• Is proficient with Google Suite

We are only looking for candidates familiar with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems. We will provide you with the training and teaching materials.

Work Hours:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend
Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm
Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm
