The Opportunity
An established education business is seeking a commercially minded sales professional to drive enrolment growth across its centres.
This is a newly created, front-facing commercial role within a highly stable education business known for its longstanding brand presence, loyal team and warm culture. With a steady flow of parent enquiries, the focus is on engaging families well, building trust and converting interest into enrolments.
The package is structured with a modest base salary and meaningful performance upside, making it well suited to someone who is customer-oriented and motivated by results. We are hiring for a few headcount.
Responsibilities
You will own the full parent journey, from first enquiry through to centre visit, follow-up and enrolment closure. This includes engaging inbound leads, conducting professional centre tours, presenting the centre’s offering clearly, handling objections with warmth and confidence, and converting interest into confirmed enrolments. You will work closely with Principals and staff, and maintain the CRM records. Some Saturday availability will be useful, particularly for parent visits and higher conversion opportunities.
Requirements
This role suits a confident, articulate and customer-oriented salesperson who enjoys end-to-end sales ownership. You may come from education, enrichment, insurance, real estate, healthcare or other commission-led environments where relationship-building and closing are important. You are warm, eloquent and proactive, with the maturity to represent the brand well. Training will be provided, but the successful candidate must bring genuine sales drive, strong communication skills and a service mindset.
