Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect or Solution Consultant passionate about solving complex business and technical challenges? We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise and strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector landscape to design and deliver impactful, high-value solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will combine technical leadership with strategic sales engagement, helping clients adopt secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions while driving successful outcomes across the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions leveraging Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC/GCC+), enabling migration of public sector IT systems to secure commercial cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in compliance with PDPA, IM8, and local regulatory requirements.
Architect and implement multi-cloud strategies within Singapore government security constraints.
Provide deep expertise in enterprise application architecture and integration, spanning public and private cloud environments.
Own and drive the end-to-end RFP process, from proactive client engagement through to contract closure.
Support the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, aligning internal objectives with client outcomes.
Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure seamless solution integration across domains.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior leadership.
Lead client engagements, including solution presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations (POCs).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including analytics and digital transformation.
Proven experience managing large, strategic public sector deals.
Expertise across applications, infrastructure design, and managed services.
Thought leadership in technology transformation across modern tech stacks.
Solid knowledge of cloud deployment models and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to:
Present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
Articulate business value and competitive positioning
Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging CxO and senior executives.
Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships and professional networks.
Demonstrated leadership in team environments and client-facing roles.
Working knowledge of contracting, negotiation, and financial analysis (TCO).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
13+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise solutions, or solution sales
Proven track record in managing large accounts and delivering winning proposals
Experience working with enterprise technology portfolios, services, and solutions
Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML are a plus
