Job Description - Enterprise Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and execute multi-year commercial strategies for large enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Grow existing relationships while identifying and securing new enterprise customers globally
  • Lead complex, high-value deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Structure integrated commercial solutions across digital, data and advisory offerings
  • Build senior-level relationships with Directors, VPs and C-suite executives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance and customer success teams
  • Represent the business at industry events and contribute to market positioning

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Business Development Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies or a related discipline
  • More than 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the maritime, ports, terminals or logistics ecosystem
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise agreements
  • Experience selling subscription-based, digital, SaaS, AI or data-led solutions
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives in global organisations
