Job Description - Enterprise Head of Sales - China

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for our operations in China. This
leadership role is crucial for driving our enterprise sales strategy, managing China sales
strategy, and representing Kpler at various industry events. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in senior stakeholder management, team leadership, and a deep
understanding of the Chinese market. As the Enterprise Head of Sales - China, you will work
closely with the China Team Leader to set strategic goals, foster a collaborative team
environment, and ensure the effectiveness and productivity of our sales operations in China.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for China,
focusing on enterprise sales and market expansion. Align this strategy with global
objectives to ensure cohesive growth and market penetration.
● Team Management and Development: Lead and expand the sales team in China
together with China Team Lead, providing mentorship, coaching, and development
opportunities. Cultivate a team culture of inclusivity, where best practices are shared and
mutual support is encouraged.
● Sales Operations Oversight: In collaboration with the China Team Leader, oversee the
sales team's productivity and effectiveness. Implement and monitor key sales processes
(e.g., forecasting, pipeline management) to ensure accuracy and timeliness in sales
activities.
● Market Analysis and Adaptation: Continuously identify key markets and trends,
including competitive analysis, regulatory changes, and pricing strategies. Adapt sales
tactics accordingly to maintain and grow market share.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Business
Development, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to
market penetration and client satisfaction. Translate client feedback into actionable
insights for product development.
● Senior Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders within and outside
the organization to promote Kpler’s interests and negotiate strategic partnerships.

● Event Representation: Represent Kpler at industry events, conferences, and forums,
enhancing the company's profile and establishing strategic relationships.

Qualifications
● +10 years experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong focus on enterprise sales
● Extensive knowledge of the Chinese market, with the ability to navigate its complexities
and capitalize on opportunities.
● Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management and building high-level
partnerships.
● Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and adapt
strategies accordingly.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a
diverse team.
● Willingness to travel and represent Kpler at various industry events.
● Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
