As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to drive growth in our Cybersecurity, AI and Cloud practices.

As an Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager, you will engage business leaders, understand their strategic priorities, and work with our solution consultants to recommend technology solutions that create long-term value.
This is a consultative sales role focused on solving business challenges—not simply selling products.
Develop new business opportunities across enterprise and SME customers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify opportunities in cybersecurity, AI, cloud and managed services.
Develop executive relationships with business and technology decision-makers.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Understand customer business objectives and challenges.
Conduct discovery meetings and executive discussions.
Position technology solutions based on business outcomes and return on investment.
Collaborate with solution consultants to develop customer proposals and presentations.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure.
Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.
Identify opportunities for recurring managed services.
Develop long-term customer success plans.
Drive customer retention and account expansion.
Build relationships with technology vendors, strategic partners and channel partners.
Support joint go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams on campaigns, workshops and customer events.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
Continuously improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Proven success in business development and consultative solution selling.
Experience engaging senior business executives and IT decision-makers.
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for building customer relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
