Job Description - Enterprise Wellbeing Strategist

GTM Strategy

  • Co-develop go-to-market strategies, delivering rollout plans, playbooks and training materials.
  • Define scalable pricing frameworks, market-specific messaging and clear competitor positioning for each focus market.
  • Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Deals Enablement

  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets (training decks, talk tracks, ROI calculators) that drive proposal excellence and consistent win themes.
  • Lead strategic deal reviews with sales and leadership to embed best practices and live competitor insights.

Project Management

  • Collaborate across different teams to manage company-wide projects that influences go-to-market 
  • Oversee end-to-end management of key deal pursuits and enterprise implementations, coordinating resources, timelines and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand their organisational challenges, objectives, and wellbeing goals & needs.
  • Leverage a consultative approach to co-create tailored wellbeing solutions that builds upon Intellect’s suite of wellbeing services in a manner that aligns with our clients' strategic initiatives and addresses their unique enterprise level needs.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, mental health initiatives, and technological advancements to continuously enhance the value proposition for clients.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback based on client needs and market demands.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance internal processes related to sales, solution development, and client handovers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales strategy, bid management, consulting or project management
  • Proven record of winning complex enterprise deals (>$100 K) and leading GTM or enablement initiatives
  • Strong consultative-sales skills—able to diagnose client needs and co-create tailored solutions
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder-coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable building ROI calculators, pricing models and interpreting market data
  • Familiarity with mental health benefits technology or wellbeing consulting preferred
