Job Responsibilities:

• Review production schedules, processes, and specifications.
• Design efficient, waste-reducing production processes.
• Implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Develop design and production standards with management and users.
• Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production cost estimates.
• Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirements.
