Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nAs a Etch Equipment Engineer in ST Singapore, you will be responsible for:\n\n * Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.\n * Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.\n * Establish effective preventive maintenance program me and troubleshooting guide. \n * Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.\n * Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.\n * Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost\n * Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill. \n * Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met. \n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical \u0026 Electronics Engineering.\n * At least 2 years relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 Dry Etching equipment \n * Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.\n * Good analytical and problem-solving skills \n * Good team player\n * Good communication and documentation skills\n * Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and the ability to work diligently in a team-oriented environment.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
