ERP Consultant (Finance)

You will be working with a well-established organisation delivering enterprise digital and ERP solutions across complex, regulated environments. The company partners closely with business stakeholders to modernize finance operations, strengthen controls, and enable scalable, data-driven decision making across the organization.

Your new role

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across finance functions such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
• Configure, customize, and support ERP finance modules to meet business and regulatory needs
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, and system enhancements
• Support ERP implementation phases including design, build, testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, process improvements, and system capabilities
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support

What you'll need to succeed

• Around 5 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Consultant or Functional Analyst with a strong focus on Finance modules
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, controls, and reporting requirements
• Experience working with one or more ERP systems (ERP platform is flexible)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technical requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good to have: experience with ERP upgrades, data migration, or regional finance compliance
