Estimator/Senior Estimator

• Report to the Section Manager – Estimating, the main function of the role is to support the preparation of proposal and capital project estimates
• Analyze the Invitation to Bid requirements and project documentation to develop estimates
• Establish the commercial basis for the estimates
• Coordinate and collate inputs from other disciplines for estimates
• Support in risk and contingencies analysis, benchmarking analysis, cash flow analysis and any other activities require by the Manager

• Degree or equivalent in engineering is preferable. However, diploma graduate in engineering can apply
• At least 5 years working experience in engineering field of relevant industries. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in estimating role
• Analytical and have appreciation and interest in estimating work
• Able to plan, prepare, coordinate and to consolidate all estimating activities
• Willing to travel within Asia Pacific Region to support affiliate offices cost estimate
• Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and pro-active
• Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills
• Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and a desire to win
• Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamwork
