Why This Role Matters

As our E&C Senior Analyst, you'll be a trusted advisor and a guardian of BD's ethical culture across CASA-J. You'll partner with senior leaders, commercial teams, and global stakeholders to ensure every decision, every transaction, and every partnership reflects BD's uncompromising standards — while enabling the business to move boldly and confidently.

What You'll Do

• Drive E&C strategy on the ground — support the implementation of BD's compliance goals, initiatives, and alignment with local laws, codes, and industry norms.
• Be the go-to advisor — deliver timely guidance to local leadership, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams on all E&C-related matters.
• Power our systems & tools — support implementation, UAT, training, and roll-out of BD's E&C platforms.
• Shape Compliance Committee discussions — prepare high-quality materials that inform executive decision-making.
• Stay ahead of the curve — keep a sharp eye on evolving local laws and codes that impact E&C.
• Safeguard HCP/HCO/GO transactions — review in-scope engagements with precision and integrity.
• Turn data into insight — conduct analytics, build dashboards, and surface trends that drive smarter compliance decisions.
• Lead Third-Party Compliance — execute due diligence, monitoring, training, and audit programs end-to-end.
• Engage and align stakeholders — partner closely with the business to balance compliance rigor with commercial agility.
• Champion training & awareness — support internal and external E&C trainings that build a culture of integrity.
• Promote an ethical culture — partner with the business to drive the compliance agenda forward.
• Contribute to special projects — bring energy and ownership to ad hoc E&C initiatives that shape our future.
