Event Executive (Computer Science), Gaming Industry - Immediate Start

• S$2,800 and higher + Bonus + Transport Allowance

• Experienced in trading card games (TCGs)

The client is well known for developing prominent trading card games and smartphone applications around the world. Presently, they seek qualified candidates to fill the position of an Event Executive who has experience with social media management and trading card games. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize the company’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Manage materials to be used at events
• Manage shop tournaments

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required
• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Experience/knowledge in social media management 
• Experience/knowledge in playing trading card games (TCGs)
• Able to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events is expected
• Intermediate in Japanese Language Skills to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
• Frequent travelling is expected

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Near to City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station
• Working Days/Hours : 5 days /office hours (depending on company opening hours & closing hours)
• Salary : S$2,800 and higher + Bonus + Transport Allowance (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
