Behind the extraordinary success of Twist Media is a team of passionate and dedicated professionals, who do what they love and love what they do. Over the last one year, we were excited to be one of the first movers in our industry to pivot from LIVE events to VIRTUAL events. Responsibilities

- Plan and execute LIVE, VIRTUAL and HYBRID events

- Brainstorm and pitch with quality proposals and costings independently to win jobs (with supervision for newbies!)

- Contribute during brainstorming sessions with the creative team

- Source, negotiate and manage suppliers for our events

- Assist in pre-planning, setup/ teardown and onsite management for events

- Professionally manage clients

- Develop new business opportunities

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- 18 years and above

- Minimum Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience in events
 
- Passionate about events and able to work long hours (if required)

- Good spoken and written English (mandatory) for the purpose of proposal, presentation, and communication

- Ability to converse with Mandarin-speaking suppliers will be a bonus

- Able to multi-task and be meticulous at work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
