Event Executive - Professional Development Opportunities

I_Possible is a boutique events agency specialised in producing luxury events and bespoke hosted experiences in Singapore and across Asia Pacific.

We are looking for someone to join us in planning and execution of high-quality projects, which include by-invite-only lifestyle events, brand activations, product launches and more.

Main Duties:

• Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be supporting the full delivery of projects, from pitching, planning to execution.
• To work closely with the all partners and stakeholders to conceptualise and manage the projects according to the timeline.
• To uphold and improve on the standard of proposals and event planning documentation, and communication with clients and partners.
• To assist in conceptualisation of effective brand activations by keeping tabs on new trends, researching usable venues and crafting event ideas.
• To do on-ground research, contact venue and vendors or conduct site recce for proposals and event preparation.
• To assist in project budget development and subsequent management.
• To be able to lead the execution of assigned projects to achieve the set objectives.
• To ensure seamless and professional client service support and delivery for enhanced client relationship.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in events execution would be preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Minimum Diploma holder and above.
• Sharp, resourceful, creative and energetic; able to handle multiple projects and stream of communication efficiently in the fast-paced marketing/ event industry.
• A team player who possesses a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys real challenges.
• Confident posture with good communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to learn and work hard to achieve team and personal goals.
