Event Sales Manager

Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for generating events revenue.
• Manage budgets and ensure timelines are met.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility, recognition and engagement during events.
• Conceptualize, plan and execute with the brand's image and goals.
• Develop and implement effective public relations launch strategies for brand's products or services while evaluating the success through post-event analysis.
• Measure and report on events performance to key internal stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks, opportunities and changing landscape.
• Foster a test-and-learn mindset, constantly analyzing and optimizing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in event sales management or related fields.
• A degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success in generating event sales leads.
• Confident, Meticulous and good spoken/written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
