Responsibilities (Events and Administrative Coordinator)
Sales Support and Coordination:
- Provide essential assistance to the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, sales documentation, and meticulous record-keeping.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and organizing sales meetings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the punctual delivery of products and services to customers.
- Champion effective communication among the sales team, customers, and various departments within the organization, acting as a liaison between stakeholders.
Customer Service:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt responses to inquiries, efficient issue resolution, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
Event Coordination and Client Liaison:
- Act as the vital link between clients, event organizers, designers, and third-party vendors, ensuring the transformation of client-approved concepts and proposals into reality.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Efficiently manage equipment, materials, and inventory, ensuring the availability of all necessary items for successful event execution.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Tabulate RSVPs, compile event reports, and analyze data to measure event success and effectiveness.
- Input data into spreadsheets or databases, create charts and graphs, and generate insights to support decision-making.
Sponsorship Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Identify potential sponsors, develop sponsorship proposals, and negotiate sponsorship agreements to support event initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure materials for marketing and event purposes, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
