We are seeking a talented Design Specialist (Events) to join our team, responsible for cultivating an inclusive and vibrant team culture through well-coordinated events and effective communication strategies.

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
• Contract: 1-year duration with a 1-month completion bonus
• Location: OneNorth
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate team-building activities to foster unity and collaboration among team members.
• Organize and manage all aspects of design-related events from inception through to execution, ensuring they resonate with team needs and enhance team spirit.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure transparency and ongoing dialogue within the team.
• Actively promote the team's achievements both internally and externally to elevate our profile and encourage recognition.
• Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to increase the quality and impact of team events.
• Provide daily operational support by handling inquiries, managing software and hardware resources, and maintaining essential design assets.
