Responsibilities
- Involved in project and event management with regards to partnerships and events
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute events
- Act as the primary liaison between company, sponsors, vendors and participants
- Manage logistics of the event and vendor coordination
- Provide support to Head Of Department to develop and implement a strategic partnership management plan that is in alignment with the organisation’s values
- Collect and report data analysis of partner engagement targets and assisting to report to key stakeholders and management
- Main point of contract for partnership and event enquiries
- Assist with adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of working experience in event management, community relations and partnership relations
- Candidates with sales or business development experience could be considered
- Independent and enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Ability to multi-task and not afraid of taking on new challenges and rejections
