Job Description - Events Executive (Operations & AV Support)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Events Executive to manage and deliver high-quality event experiences at a dedicated corporate event space. This role focuses on end-to-end event operations, logistics, and AV support, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service for the organization. You will also provide support in workplace operations during off-peak event periods.

Key Scope:

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for event operations, overseeing AV setup, furniture arrangement, operable wall configuration, stage setup, and overall coordination.
  • Ensure the venue is restored to its original condition after each event.
  • Coordinate with facility management and internal teams to ensure timely housekeeping, equipment reset, and readiness for the next booking.
  • Manage inventory of event-related equipment and propose replacements or upgrades when required.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support for AV systems during events.
  • Manage the event schedule and coordinate with the AV team for preventive maintenance and quick issue resolution.
  • Support workplace operations during non-peak event periods.
  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Events Management, Media Technology, or related fields
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in event operations, with hands-on AV setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Physically fit to handle event setups and on-site coordination
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Proficient in IT and AV systems, with basic troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic event requirements
  • AV certifications (e.g., Dante Level 2, Q-SYS Level 1) are an advantage
  • Willingness to work weekends when events require
  • Only Singaporean / Singapore PR may apply due to project needs
  • Work location: East area
  • Annual package up to S$52,000 (including bonus), subject to candidate’s overall experience
  • 12 months contract (highly renewable)
