Events Manager Kallang Up to $5,500 6 months - Rapid Progression

Contract duration: 6 months (Convertible to Perm)

Location: Kallang 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute event plans, including budget, timeline, and logistics
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events
• Manage event staff, including volunteers and contractors
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in event planning and management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
