The Events Sales Executive focuses on generating new business and maximizing sales for the restaurant's event services. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting sales pitches, and closing deals to ensure a steady stream of events.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the restaurant’s event services.
2. Sales Pitches and Proposals:
- Conduct site visits and tours of the restaurant for prospective clients.
- Prepare and present tailored event proposals and packages based on client needs and preferences.
- Develop creative and appealing sales pitches to attract new clients.
3. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to secure bookings.
- Ensure all client requirements and expectations are documented and agreed upon.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.
5. Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities to the management team.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Events Banquet Coordinator to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events.
- Report to Finance team on deposit payment and sales data.
