We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Events Sales Manager (Weddings) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Events Management, this role will take ownership of the hotel’s wedding business—from enquiry to execution—while maximising revenue and delivering memorable wedding experiences for our couples.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Manage all wedding enquiries and leads in line with brand and corporate standards
Prepare and negotiate wedding proposals and contracts
Conduct site inspections and wedding sales presentations
Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, including sister‑hotel honeymoon offers
Achieve individual catering revenue targets and support overall wedding revenue goals
Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities
Marketing & Business Development
Support the development of wedding packages and promotional strategies
Assist in revenue forecasting for the wedding segment
Organise and support bridal fairs and wedding promotional events
Build and maintain a strong wedding client database to drive repeat and referral business
Planning & Coordination
Provide professional advice on menus, venues, and event flow
Coordinate tastings, floor plans, audio‑visual, décor, and entertainment requirements
Liaise closely with internal teams (F&B, Kitchen, Banquet, Operations) and external vendors
Conduct thorough event handovers and support on the wedding day
Administration & Systems
Maintain accurate sales and event data in Delphi
Ensure timely responses to enquiries via Meeting Broker and related systems
Prepare and issue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), both internal and external
Service Excellence & Communication
Deliver seamless, personalised service throughout the entire wedding journey
Proactively collect post‑event feedback and support Medallia/EPM performance
Build strong working relationships across departments and with clients
Proven experience in wedding sales, events sales, or banquet sales within hospitality
Strong negotiation, organisational, and presentation skills
Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously
Familiarity with Delphi or similar sales/event management systems preferred
