Job Description - Executive, Admin - Excellent Benefits Package

We are in need of an enthusiastic Executive, Admin to join our inspiring team at Venture Corporation Limited in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region.

Responsibilities :

Updating of quotation to system.
Support all sites on EVMF management
Provide Admin Support to Director and the department to GSBM
Compile of pricing and upload to system.
Tabulate various prices for comparison.
Assist in data consolidation, cataloguing, documentation and filing.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Diploma / GCE A / GCE O level.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
Good knowledge in MS office and Excel/Powerpoint
Possess good initiative and positive attitude.
