Executive Assistant (AR, Patient Follow Up) @ Kent Ridge / Up $3500

Duration: 6 months subject to Extendable/Convertible 

Working Location: Kent Ridge HQ (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities 

• Follow up with 0-30 days AR and weekly outpatient AR
• Follow up with patients for payment via call, email and sending of invoices/SOA
• Proceed with legal recourse as part of the debt recovery process
• Proactive referral of patients to MSW

Job Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or A Level/Higher Nitec
• IT savvy and comfortable with the coordination, follow up with patients for payment via call, email
• Organized, meticulous and proactive
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
